Listen to ODB on iHeartRadio

The family of the late rapper Ol' Dirty Bastard is on board with a hologram of the rapper being used at the upcoming Rock The Bells music festival.

ODB's widow Icelene Jones previously voiced her concerns about not being involved in plans to resurrect her late husband via hologram.  Now, Chang Weisberg, president of the festival's organizer Guerilla Union, tells that Icelene and the family estate are "100-percent onboard and supportive."

Weisberg also says that ODB's family is going to be involved in the "creation and direction of this experience."  He adds that the family and Guerilla Union will be releasing a joint statement in the near future.

This year's Rock The Bells music festival begins on September 7th and 8th in San Bernardino, California.  The two-day fest will also make stops in Mountain View, California on September 14th and 15th; Washington, D.C. on September 28th and 29th; and Rutherford, New Jersey on October 4th and 5th.
